The appeal impugns a money decree of the Court of Sh. Pitamber Dutt, Additional District Judge (ADJ)-11, Central Delhi in Suit No.291/2011 Unique I.D. No.02401C0258662011.

Vide order dated 2nd March, 2015 notice of the appeal was ordered to be issued and subject to the appellants depositing the entire decretal amount in this Court, execution stayed.

Neither did the appellants take any steps for service of notice nor deposited the decretal amount in this Court.

Thereafter, when the matter came up on 25th August, 2015, none appeared for the appellants. However, in the interest of justice, adverse orders were deferred, though the stay vacated. The appellants were also given liberty to take steps for service of notice of the appeal on the respondents.
