% 07.09.2018 FIR No. 306/2013 under Sections 308/34 IPC was registered at police station Ghazipur on the complaint of respondent no. 2. Respondent nos. 3 and 4 had also sustained injuries in the incident. Respondent no. 2 is the Attorney of respondent no. 3. Special Power of Attorney has been placed on record. Respondent nos. 2 and 4 submit that they as well as respondent no. 3 have settled all their disputes with the petitioners, vide a Settlement Deed dated 7th March, 2018 of their own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion. They further submit that they have no objection in

case aforesaid FIR and consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.

Settlement Deed has been signed by the parties including respondent no. 3 Chotey Lal Yadav.

Keeping in mind the settlement arrived at between the petitioners and private respondents voluntarily, in my view, no fruitful purpose would be served to keep the criminal proceedings pending. Accordingly, in the interest of justice, aforesaid FIR and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.

Petition is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous. Dasti.
