By way of this application under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the applicant seeks anticipatory bail in connection with FIR No. 164/2023, dated 10.04.2023, registered at Police Station Baba Haridas Nagar, for offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, and 471 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860. 2.

Ms. Manjeet Arya, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State, handed up the status report, which is taken on record. 3.

After some arguments, Mr. Abhishek Shrivastav, learned counsel for the applicant, seeks permission to withdraw this bail application. 4.

The application is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. 5.

It is clarified that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case, and all rights and contentions of the parties in any future proceedings shall remain open.
