O R D E R

The learned counsel for the applicant seeks liberty to withdraw the present bail application stating that the medical opinion which has been received after filing of the present bail application, exonerates the applicant of the alleged offences. 2.

He submits that the medical opinion clearly indicates that the injury caused by the applicant was not sufficient to cause death in the ordinary course of nature.

He submits that since the matter is now listed before the learned Trial Court for arguments on charge, he will take all arguments before the learned Trial Court and seeks liberty to file an application afresh after the learned Trial Court has heard the arguments on charge.

In view of the above, the bail application stands dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.

It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case and the learned Trial Court shall pass the order uninfluenced by any observation that may have been made by this Court in the orders passed earlier. AMIT MAHAJAN, J NOVEMBER 19, 2025 "SS"
