The present application under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (formerly Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure), seeks extension of the conditional bail granted to the Applicant by the Trial Court on 24th September, 2025 in Bail Matter No. 1737/24. 5.
The Applicant was initially granted interim bail by the Trial Court vide order dated 30th November, 2024, till 3rd January, 2025. interim bail was extended from time to time, and finally, by order dated 24th September, 2025, his bail application was disposed of with the following directions:
10.1. In case, the entire payment is made on or before 15.10.2025, the order dated 30.11.2024 admitting the accused in conditional bail for limited period shall become absolute subject to same terms and conditions as mentioned in the order dated 30.11.2024.
10.2. In case, the full payment is not made, the Ld. Trial Court or the IO will be at liberty to take coercive action against the accused as his bail shall come to an end on 15.10.2025. A report on this shall be filed by IO before the Ld. Trial court on or before 16.10.2025.

As per the aforesaid order, conditional bail has been granted for a limited period, subject to compliance with the terms and conditions mentioned therein. As per para 10.2, the remaining payment was to be made to Respondents No. 2 and 3 by 15th October, 2025, i.e., today. 7.
Counsel for the Applicant states that, despite best efforts, the balance payment could not be made. However, he undertakes that the Applicant shall make a further payment of INR 2,50,000/- each to Respondents No. 2 and 3 within a period of two days, and further submits that the remaining payments shall also be made without undue delay. The undertaking given by the counsel is taken on record.

In view of the above, the time granted for making the payment in terms of the order dated 24th September, 2025, is extended till 12th January, 2026, the date fixed before the Trial Court.
