This is a petition under Section 528 BNSS, 2023, seeking to set aside the impugned order dated 30.10.2018, passed by learned Metropolitan Magistrate, whereby cognizance has been taken against the petitioner under Sections 285/337/506 IPC in case FIR No. 527/2015, registered at Police Station Safdurjang Enclave.

After part submissions, Mr. Shubham Sharma, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to urge all submissions before the trial Court at the stage of charge. 3.
