% 24.11.2017 This petition has been filed under section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking stay of operation of the orders dated 9th December, 2016 and 3rd February, 2017 passed by the respondents. Counsel for the petitioner brings to my notice that in Arbitration Petition No.552/2017, by an order dated 25th September, 2017, this Court has already referred the parties to the Delhi International Arbitration Centre for appointment of an Arbitrator for adjudication of their disputes. In that view of the matter, the present petition will be treated as a petition under Section 17 of the Act to be adjudicated by the Arbitrator on its own merits. Interim order dated 29th March, 2017 is extended till the first hearing of the application by the Sole Arbitrator who may consider extending, vacating or modifying the said order on its own merits. The petition is disposed of in the above terms with no order as to costs.
