The accused/applicant seeks regular bail in case FIR No.76/2024 of PS Crime Branch for offence under Section 20/25/29 NDPS Act. 1.1 This bail application came up for the first hearing on 15.10.2025 before the predecessor bench and thereafter continued getting adjourned before different benches. Along with 179 such old pending bail applications, this application also was transferred to this bench. 1.2 Today is the first hearing before me.

At the outset, learned APP for State submits that the accused/applicant has to surrender today but has not done that. this application with the liberty to file afresh after the accused/applicant surrenders.
For the purpose of surrender, learned counsel for accused/applicant requests for leniency on the ground that wife of the accused/applicant is in hospital and he is with her in Hardoi, U.P. 3.
As requested, the bail application and accompanying applications are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as sought. The accused/applicant may surrender by 05:00pm tomorrow.
