By way of the present application, the applicant seeks regular bail in connection with FIR No. 990/2023 dated 24.12.2023, registered at Police Station Nangloi under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860. 2.

After some arguments, Mr. Suyash Sinha, learned counsel for the applicant, seeks permission to withdraw the present application, without prejudice to the rights and remedies available to the applicant at the appropriate stage. At his request, liberty is also granted to move the learned Sessions Court for expeditious consideration of the matter, which the Court may consider in accordance with its own Board and the age of the matters pending before it.

The bail application is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn, in terms of the above submission.

It is, however, clarified that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the matter, and all rights and contentions of the parties remain reserved.
