O R D E R

A Settlement Agreement dated 26th November, 2024 has been received from the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre. 2.

The parties pray that the suit be decreed in terms of the said Settlement Agreement.

They further submit that there is a Clause in the agreement that the terms of the settlement shall be kept confidential. Thus, they submit that appropriate orders be passed accordingly.

This Court has perused the terms of the settlement and finds the same to be lawful.

Considering the aforesaid, the suit is decreed in favour of the plaintiff and against the defendant in terms of the Settlement Agreement dated 26th November, 2024, which shall form part of the decree. 6.

Considering the nature and terms of the Settlement Agreement dated 26th November, 2024, arrived at between the parties are confidential, it would be appropriate, if the contents thereof are not open to any third party, as also are not shared with any third party, barring the parties to the present suit.

Accordingly, the certified copy of the Settlement Agreement dated 26th November, 2024 arrived at inter-se between the parties, shall not be made available to any third party by the Registry. 8.

Since the parties have arrived at an amicable settlement, the Registry of this Court is directed to issue a certificate of refund of full Court fees in favour of the plaintiff.

With the aforesaid directions, the present suit along with the pending application stands, disposed of.
