Petitioners/defendants have assailed orders dated 05.08.2025 and 20.09.2025 of learned commercial court. It appears that vide order dated 19.11.2024, the trial court took additional documents of respondent/plaintiff on record and by way of the impugned orders, the respondent/plaintiff was permitted to prove those documents. Order dated 19.11.2024 was challenged before this Court by the petitioners/defendants through CM (M) 199/2025. Since there was no stay on operation of order dated 19.11.2024, the learned trial court proceeded to permit the respondent/plaintiff to lead evidence and prove those additional documents.
