1. None appears for the appellant. The present appeal has been filed against the impugned order dated 23.03.2007, as per which, penalty of ₹50,000/- was imposed on the appellant/Company.

2. Admittedly, the amount has been deposited by the appellant/Company. It is admitted that the appellant/Company is no longer in existence.

3. As the penalty has already been deposited, no further issue arises for consideration or for adjudication this Court.
