1. Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the parties have arrived at an amicable settlement before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre on 17.12.2024. A copy of the settlement agreement dated 17.12.2024 has been placed on record.

2. In the light of the aforesaid, the appellant does not wish to pursue the present appeal any further which is, accordingly, disposed of as not pressed by making it clear that the parties will remain bound by the terms of the settlement agreement.
