% 27.10.2025 1.

In the present proceedings, counsel for the petitioner states that the goods have been released by respondent at a belated stage. 2.

As such, the order has been complied with. However, he asserts that the respondent be put to warning of having delayed/resisted compliance. 3.

Compliance report is taken on record, wherein it is claimed that there was a failure on part of petitioner to approach the authorities within a reasonable period of time.

4.

We do not want to go into such disputed question of facts. However, taking note of the fact that goods have been released, we deem it appropriate to discharge the contempt notice. 5.

Accordingly, this contempt petition stands disposed of in above terms.
