% 01.04.2016 In essence, petitioner is seeking removal of dogs from the parking area of his locality. In Animal Welfare Board of India Vs. People For Elimination of Stay, MANU/SCOR/21413/2015, Supreme Court has observed thus; "all the High Courts not to pass any order relating to the 1960 Act and the 2001 Rules pertaining to dogs".

Accordingly, this writ petition is not entertained at this stage and disposed of.
