O.M.P.(MISC.)(COMM.) 33/2018 This petition under Section 29A(5) of the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996 is seeking extension of time for making the Arbitral Award. Learned counsel for the respondent is present on advance notice and submits that she has no objection to the prayer being granted. Having perused the contents of the petition and in view of the no objection expressed by the learned counsel for the respondent, the time for making of the award is extended by a further period of six months with effect from today.

The petition is allowed in the above terms with no order as to cost. Copy of the order be given dasti under the signature of the Court Master.
