% 05.04.2016 CM Nos.12493-12495/2016 On the claim petition of the respondent (since deceased and represented by legal heirs) the tribunal by judgment dated 03.04.2007 awarded compensation in the sum of Rs.19600/- with interest directing the appellant herein to pay. The appellant challenged the said award by appeal (MAC.APP.No.383/2007) which was dismissed on 29.06.2015. By the application at hand with applications for exemption and condonation of delay, the claimants (legal representatives) seek enforcement. For enforcement, the claimants will have to approach the tribunal by appropriate execution application.
