The present petition under Sections 11 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 seeks the following prayers: - "(i) Awarding of appropriate punishment upon the respondent/contemnor for acting in violation/defiance and noncompliance of the order dated 1710712025 passed by this Hon'ble Court in W.P.(CRL) no. 218812025 titled as Mayank Ahuja Vs State of Govt. ofNCT of Delhi.
(ii) Pass any other order or direction which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper also be passed in favor of Petitioner under the facts and circumstances of the case."
