The present petition under Sections 10 and 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 read with Article 215 of the Constitution of India seeks the following prayers:

"i. summon and punish the contemnor for willful & deliberate disobedience of directions issued by this Hon'ble Court in common final order dated 25.09.2025 passed by this Hon'ble Court in Writ Petition (C) No.14912/2025; and/or ii. direct the PCI to comply with the common final order dated 25.09.2025 passed by this Hon'ble Court in Writ Petition (C) 19 No. 14912/2025 and grant approval to petitioner institute for D.Pharm Course for present academic year 2025-26; and/ or iii. pass any such other orders/directions as this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.." 3.
