In view of the fact that the parties have amicably settled the matter, the liberty prayed on behalf of the plaintiff for withdrawal of the instant civil suit is accepted.

Accordingly, the instant civil suit stands dismissed as withdrawn along with pending applications.

A request for refund of Court fees is also made on behalf of the plaintiff.

4.

Acceding to the aforesaid prayer, the Court, on considering the period for which the civil suit is pending, deems it appropriate to direct for refund of 50 % of the Court Fees to the plaintiff.
