% 23.01.2025 Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition, subject to the condition that the Directorate of Education ensures the petitioner's admission to a nearby government school for the current academic year.

Sh. Karan Bhardwaj, learned counsel for the Directorate of Education, has fairly submitted that the Directorate of Education shall secure the petitioner's admission to a nearby government school for the current academic year, subject to the rules, procedures, and availability of seats. The petitioner may also apply for the draw of lots for school admissions to be conducted for the next academic session.
