% 07.01.2025 Mr. T. Singhdev, learned Counsel for National Medical Commission submits that upon filing of the requisite documents the Eligibility Certificate has already been issued to Yukthi Rajkumar, Mohd. Jubhair Khatri, Palash Vijay, Barshamayee Pattnaik, Bhuvanneswari, Wandasiewdor Kharsyntiew, Manish Kumar Jatav.

Learned counsel for the respondent further undertakes that upon submission of requisite documents and fees, as the case may be, the NMC shall consider issuing the eligibility certificates to the remaining candidates. Learned counsel for the petitioners on instructions states that the petitioners shall submit the documents which are conditioned precedent for issuing the eligibility certificate.
