O R D E R

% 24.01.2019 Respondent nos. 2 and 3 are present in Court and have been identified by SI Bijendra of police station Narela.

They submit that they have settled the matter with petitioners of their own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion and he has no objection in case FIR No. 258/2009 under Sections 452/354/323/325/506/34 IPC registered at police station Narela is quashed against the petitioner. It is noted that petitioners and respondents are neighbours.

Keeping in mind the settlement arrived at between the petitioner and respondent no. 2 voluntarily, in my view, no fruitful purpose would be

served to keep the criminal proceedings pending. Accordingly, in the interest of justice, aforesaid FIR and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.

Petition is disposed of in the above terms.
