The Petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C and Section 528 of Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner seeking quashing of FIR No.0205/2019 under Section 509 IPC registered at Police Station Sector-23, Dwarka.

The facts as stated in the FIR are that on 27.05.2019 at about 09:0010:00 A.M the Petitioner was making a video of the house of the Respondent. The Respondent No.2 objected to it on which the Petitioner started giving sexiest abuses. When the husband of Respondent No.2 came at home in the night he made a call to the Police and recorded the statement of Respondent No.2, on which an FIR No.0205/2019 under Section 509 IPC was registered at Police Station Sector-23, Dwarka against the Petitioner herein.

It is submitted that both the petitioners and respondent No. 2 have already sorted out their all differences with the intervention of their respective persons of the vicinity and they have left no grudge or grievance against each other in any manner whatsoever. Therefore, the Petition be quashed.

The complainant is present in the Court and submits that the matter stands settled with the petitioner vide MOU dated 30.09.2024 and the present Petition for quashing of FIR has been filed. The Respondent No.2 has no objection if the FIR is quashed against the petitioner on account of the settlement already arrived at between the parties. 5.
The parties are present before this Court in-person today, and have been identified by their counsel and Investigating Officer concerned. 6.
In view of the submissions made, the Petition is allowed. Accordingly, the FIR bearing No. 0205/2019 registered at Police Station Sector-23, Dwarka, for offences punishable under Sections 509 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 with all the subsequent proceedings and the charge sheet is hereby quashed qua the Petitioner herein. 7.
The Petition stands disposed of along with the pending Application(s).
