% 30.09.2016 Arzoo has come to the Court and has interacted with Deepanshu in the presence of Ms. Madhumita Bhattacharjee, Advocate, who is present in the Court and asked to be with both of them in the chamber. Later on, we had also interacted with Arzoo and Deepanshu in the presence of Ms. Madhumita Bhattacharjee, Advocate.
Arzoo has expressed her desire to live and reside with her father and Deepanshu wants to continue to live with his mother. Both Arzoo and Deepanshu have stated that they would remain in touch
with each other, notwithstanding their stand. Ramesh, the petitioner, who is present in person, states that he would have no objection. Anita, the mother, who is also present, states that she also does not have any objection.
The petitioner has brought the original school certificates and school documents of Deepanshu and the same have been handed over to Anita in the Court today.
Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition. He states that if required and necessary, the petitioner will approach the Guardianship Court. Dismissed as withdrawn in view of the statement made. SANJIV KHANNA, J.
