Through the present petition, the petitioner seeks quashing and setting aside of the interim order dated 17.12.2024 passed by the learned ASJ-02, Dwarka Courts, New Delhi in Criminal Revision Petition No. 2325/2024 whereby the operation of the Trial Court's order dated 24.10.2024 was stayed.

The only grievance of the petitioner in the present case is that the Criminal Revision Petition No. 2325/2024 is not being heard by the learned ASJ post grant of stay.
