% 19.07.2018 Mr. Chaitanya Gosain, Advocate appeared on behalf of Mr. Rahul Mehra, Standing Counsel (Crl.) states that even after deploying the Face Recognition Software, the petitioner's missing son has not been located. In view of the steps already taken, we are not inclined to keep the matter pending any further before us.

However, we direct the IO concerned to continue with the search of the missing son of the petitioner. Further status reports be filed before the concerned Court where the FIR was registered. In case, the petitioner provides any leads, the same shall be pursued and the petitioner shall be kept informed with the further progress in investigation from time to time.
