The present revision petition under Section 115 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 ["CPC"], is directed against an order dated 26.09.2025 passed by the learned Trial Court in CS No. 542/2025, by which the petitioner-defendant's application under Order VII Rule 11, CPC was dismissed.
