This is a petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for issuance of an appropriate order or direction to respondent Nos. 2 and 3 to register FIR in respect to the complaint filed by the petitioner on 22.04.2024 and 17.06.2024 and investigate the same. 2.
The said complaints are with regard to certain people who are stated to be operating fake and bogus websites. It is stated that the said websites are showing pictures from the website of the petitioner. 3.
Issue notice.
