The present application has been filed on behalf of the Appellant seeking extension of period for compliance with the directions contained in the judgment dated 08.12.2025, whereby the present Appeal was dismissed while upholding the interim arrangement granted by the learned Single Judge. However, insofar as the compliance with the directions issued by the learned Single Judge is concerned, this Court had directed that the period for compliance shall commence from 01.01.2026, thereby affording the Appellant adequate opportunity to comply with the said directions. 2.

the learned counsel for the Appellant, it is noted that the judgment dated 08.12.2025, has already been challenged before the Supreme Court by way of a Special Leave Petition, bearing SLP Diary No. 9764/2026 captioned Sonia Mehra v. Romy Mehra and Ors.. 3.

In the aforesaid circumstances, the Appellant having already invoked the jurisdiction of the Supreme Court against the judgment dated 08.12.2025, the appropriate course for the Appellant, if so advised, would be to seek appropriate interim relief before the Supreme Court in the said proceedings.

In view of the above, no further orders are called for in the present application. The application is, accordingly, disposed of. 5.

Since this application was previously listed on 02.03.2026 and the said date was declared holiday vide notification dated 27.02.2026 and the matters fixed on 02.03.2026 were directed to be taken up on 28.03.2026.

Accordingly, the next date of hearing i.e. 28.03.2026 stands cancelled.
