% 18.12.2024 Mr. Kshitiz Garg, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State informs the court that during pendency of the present petition seeking parole, the petitioner was granted parole for 02 weeks, whereupon he was released from jail on 30.11.2024 and has since surrendered back to custody. Mr. Garg has handed-up a copy of communication dated 16.12.2024 received in that respect from the Jail Superintendent alongwith the order dated 26.11.2024 granting parole to the petitioner. The same are taken on record.
In view thereof, Mr. Ashutosh Kaushik, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits, that the present petition may be disposed-of as infructuous.
The petition is accordingly disposed-of as infructuous. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed-of.
