This is an application under Section 528 of BNSS (Section 482 of Cr.P.C.) seeking modification of the order dated 14.11.2024, wherein the petitioner was granted emergency parole.

By virtue of the present application, the petitioner seeks modification of the condition for providing surety.

Issue notice. Mr. Sharma, learned counsel accepts notice for the respondent and has no objection to the application being allowed. 6.
