Ordinarily, the suit would have to be transferred for the lack of pecuniary jurisdiction, but since the counsel for the parties states that the suit has been compromised, this Court exercises powers under Section 24 CPC read with Article 227 of the Constitution of India and the suit is therefore allowed to be withdrawn, as prayed. 2.

The suit has been compromised and in fact, none of the parties have any claim against each other.

It is also agreed that the defendant will move an application for quashing of the FIR filed by the plaintiff against the defendant and plaintiff will take all steps to support the defendant for quashing of the FIR.
