% 08.03.2016 The present writ petition has been filed with the following prayers:- "a.Issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate Writ, Order, Direction, to the Respondent to act in accordance with the mandatory provisions of the Prevision of Money Laundering Act, 2002 and consequently to inquire/investigate upon the representation/complaint filed by the Petitioner on 12.5.2015 before the head office & before the regional office and direct the Respondent to take appropriate action as mandated by the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002.
b.Pass any other further Writ, Order and/or Direction, which this Hon'ble Court may deem just fit and proper, in the facts and circumstances of the case, in favour of the petitioner."
However, a perusal of the paper book reveals that the petitioner's representation dated 07th May, 2015 has not been
disposed of by the respondent till date.
Consequently, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent to dispose of the petitioner's aforesaid representation at page 35 of the paper book by way of a speaking order after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as entities against whom allegations have been made. It is, however, clarified that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the controversy. Rights and contentions of all the parties are left open.
