This petition is filed on behalf of the Petitioner under Section 29A (4) and (5) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking extension of the mandate of the Sole Arbitrator.

It is stated that the arbitral proceedings are at the stage of recording of evidence and mandate of the Sole Arbitrator is expiring on 01.12.2025. 6.

Mr. Vardaan Bajaj, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of the Respondents and on instructions submits that Respondents have no objection to the extension of mandate of the Sole Arbitrator. 8.

Accordingly, with the consent of the parties, mandate of the Sole Arbitrator is extended by a period of 9 months from 02.12.2025. 9.

Petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
