Mr. Himanshu Goyal, learned counsel for petitioners submits that the present petition was filed seeking appointment of petitioner no.2 as the guardian of Sh. Rakesh Handa, who was in Comatose state. 2.

He submits that the father of petitioner, namely, Sh. Rakesh Handa has passed away, therefore, the present petition has been rendered infructous.

In view of the above, the petition is dismissed as having become infructous.
