% 18.01.2017 Inspite of the matter being passed over and called out again in the post lunch session, the plaintiffs have not appeared in person or through counsel till 3.10 p.m. It is noted that issues were framed by order dated 17.03.2016 and the matter was made over to the Joint Registrar for recording of evidence. Over the several dates of hearing given for the purpose, the plaintiffs did not lead any evidence. The extent of disinterest is to such extent that no one appeared for the plaintiff on the last three preceding dates of hearing fixed before the Joint Registrar (J).
