This Petition under Section 29A(4) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 has been filed by the Petitioner for extending the mandate of the Sole Arbitrator.

Material on record indicates that the Sole Arbitrator was appointed by this Court on 03.06.2022. Material on record indicates that the last of the mandate of the Sole Arbitrator was extended by this Court till 13.11.2024. 3.

It is stated that final arguments have been heard and the matters have been reserved by the Ld. Arbitrator for passing the award. 4.
