The present application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking correction of the order dated 15th October, 2025. 2.

It is submitted that as per the submission made by the petitioner in Para 3 of the present petition, the subject premises were let out to the tenant namely, M/s Tiwari Seat Cover.

It is submitted that inadvertently in Para 6 of the order dated 15th The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. The Order is downloaded from the DHC Server on 06/11/2025 at 13:31:10

October, 2025, the name of the tenant has been recorded as M/s Abhishek Car Associates Cover, instead of M/s Tiwari Seat Cover. 4.

Thus, the present application has been filed. 5.

Issue notice. Notice is accepted by learned counsel appearing for the respondent.

Considering the submissions made before this Court, it is directed that Para 6 of the order dated 15th October, 2025, shall be read to include the name of M/s Tiwari Seat Cover, instead of M/s Abhishek Car Associates Cover.
