Through the captioned transfer petition, the petitioner seeks transfer of the following cases as depicted in the tabular chart below:- Case Title Pending Courts CS (OS) No.605/2023 titled as Navika Khetan & Ors v. Subhash Chand Jindal & Ors.

High Court of Delhi Suit No.575327/2016 titled as Vijay Kumar Gupta v. Learned senior counsel further submits that the parties to the cases enlisted above are the same and moreover, no prejudice shall be caused to the Respondents, if the Suits pending before the learned District Court are withdrawn and transferred to this Court, wherein, the CS (OS) No.605/2023 is pending. He further submits that the outcome of the suit pending before this Court shall have the direct bearing on the cases pending before the Courts below. Thus, for the interest of justice, he prays for the transfer of the cases.

After hearing learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners, the Court is of the prima facie opinion that the application for transfer of other cases can be examined by the Court, wherein, CS (OS) No.605/2023 is pending before this Court.

In view of the aforesaid, the Court grants liberty to the petitioner to seek for transfer of other cases to this Court to be tried with CS (OS) No.605/2023.

With the aforesaid observations, at this stage, the instant petition stands disposed of along with the pending application. All contentions are left open.
