It is the case of the petitioners that their land was acquired under the old Land Acquisition Act, 1894, and he is seeking enhanced compensation, as similarly placed land owners were granted additional compensation at a higher rate vide Award No.1934-C/Suppl/80-81 of Village Molarband, District South East, New Delhi, dated 06th February 1981. 2.

Such relief can be claimed by petitioners under provisions of Section 28A of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894.

Mr. Pathak, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the Land Acquisition Collector states that proceedings to that effect are alreadyregistered and in case if petitioners appear before the Land The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. Acquisition Collector with their claim on 08thAugust 2025 at 3:30 PM, the claim shall be dealt with in accordance with law. 4.

We expect the aforesaid statement to be made on instructions of the Land Acquisition Collector. Accordingly, we permit the petitioners to appear before the Land Acquisition Collector on 08thAugust 2025 at 3:30 PM with their claim,which be decided in accordance with law. 5.

With the above observations, the petition stands disposed of. 6.
