The present application under Section 483 of the BNSS (Section 439 of the CrPC) seeks following prayers:- "In view of the submission made hereinabove, it is most respectfully prayed that the applicant may kindly be granted the regular bail in FIR No. 455/2023 U/s 376/506 IPC & 6 POCSO ACT registered at PS. SANGAM VIHAR, in the interest of justice.
It is further prayed that this Hon'ble Court may pass any other or further order(s) as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the interest of justice."

It is pointed out that the matter is fixed for hearing of final arguments before the learned Trial Court on 25.03.2025. 4.
In view of the above, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant seeks leave to withdraw the present application. 5.
