% 17.07.2025 After a detailed hearing, Mr. Yash Harsh Vardhan, learned counsel for the petitioner, upon instructions from the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition, without prejudice to the petitioner's right to be considered for future vacancies, if she is otherwise eligible. The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn, in terms of the aforesaid request. The pending application also stands disposed of. It is made clear that this Court has not been called upon to make any observations upon the petitioner's eligibility for any future vacancy in the respondent-University or elsewhere.
