% 10.05.2016 Learned counsel for the appellant after some hearing sought liberty to withdraw the writ petition in view of the pending proceedings before the Financial Commissioner. It is submitted that since the Financial Commissioner has seized of the review petition since 2015; the early resolution that proceedings would be sought by an application, if such application is made, the Financial Commissioner would consider reasonably expediting the disposal of the review petition.
