The present writ petition has been filed seeking directions to the respondent no. 1/Municipal Corporation of Delhi ("MCD"), to take action against the unauthorized construction existing in the property No. 211-C, B.G.N. Market, Munrika, New Delhi (hereinafter the 'subject property'). 2.

None appears on behalf of the petitioner.

a demolition order was passed by the respondent no.1/MCD on 10th March, 2026 in respect of unauthorised construction in the shape of three store/rooms, one RCC water tank at terrace of fifth floor, of the subject property. Against the said order, respondent no.5 has preferred an appeal before the Appellate Tribunal, MCD ("ATMCD") and vide order dated 10th April, 2026, interim protection has been granted in his favour. 4.

In view thereof, the present writ petition along with pending application is disposed of while directing the respondent no.1/MCD to take appropriate action based on the outcome of the appeal filed by the respondent.
