Learned counsel appearing for the plaintiff submits that certain amendments need to be carried out in the plaint and certain other documents need to be filed. Therefore, he submits that he may be granted liberty to file the plaint, afresh.

He further requests that the Court Fees deposited in the present plaint may be allowed to be used in the fresh plaint on the same cause of action. 3.

Accordingly, it is directed that the Court Fee which has been locked for the present suit, shall be unlocked and shall be allowed to be used by the plaintiff in the fresh suit, to be filed on the same cause of action. 4.
