The present petition has been filed by the petitioner, inter alia, seeking that the respondent no.2/Directorate of Enforcement (PMLA) be directed to release and return to the petitioner the original Ledger Registers, Cash Registers, and Receipt Books of "Madarsa Kashiful Uloom lslamia Arabia for the years 2012-2019."

Learned counsel for the respondents submits that an order dated 13.11.2025 has been issued by the respondent no.2, whereby, the petitioner has been directed to collect the aforementioned documents from the office of the concerned Assistant Director. The said communication dated 13.11.2025 reads as under:
"With reference to your letter dated 31.07.2025 requesting the release of the original Ledger Registers, Cash Registers and Receipt Books submitted by Mr. Mohd. Yoosuf in connection with ECIR/DLZOThe authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. It is hereby informed that your request for release of the original documents submitted by your representative vide letter dated 12.05.2020 has been duly considered and approved.

In this regard, it is informed that the above mentioned documents may be collected by you on 28.11.2025 from this office hours. 3.
In the circumstances, the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed. 4.
Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed of in the above terms.
