This order is in continuation of the orders with effect from 13th July, 2017.

Sub-Inspector H. Gangte, Police Station Vasant Vihar, Delhi present in Court in compliance of the earlier order dated 23rd August, 2017 has handed over a status report and which is taken on record. 3.

The counsel for the respondents states that the respondents are now in possession of the subject property.

The petitioner/defendant vide decree for permanent injunction already stands restrained from interfering in the said possession of the respondents/plaintiffs.

The counsel for the petitioners/defendants fairly states that in view of the developments since 13th July, 2017, this petition has become infructuous. 6.

The counsel for the respondents/plaintiffs also agrees. 7.

The petition is disposed of as infructuous.

The petitioners/defendants shall however remain bound by the decree aforesaid.
