The present application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for correction of order dated 15th October, 2025. 2.

It is submitted that as per the submission made by the petitioner in Para 3 of the present petition, the property in question was let out to the tenant namely, M/s Abhishek Car Accessories.

It is submitted that inadvertently in Para 6 of the order dated 15th The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. The Order is downloaded from the DHC Server on 06/11/2025 at 13:31:12

October, 2025, the name of the tenant has been noted as M/s Abhishek Car Associates.

Thus, the present application has been filed. 5.

Issue notice. Notice is accepted by learned counsel appearing for the respondent.

Considering the submissions made before this Court, it is directed that Para 6 of the order dated 15th October, 2025, shall be read to include the name of the tenant as M/s Abhishek Car Accessories instead of M/s Abhishek Car Associates.

With the aforesaid directions and clarification, the present application is disposed of.
