Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties. 2.

The Court on even date vide a common order disposed of Writ Petitions bearing numbers 6817/2025, 7699/2025, 7782/2025, 7965/2025, 8269/2025, and 1342/2025, which involved almost similar facts. Similar submissions are being made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, as were made in the aforesaid petitions.

The Court, therefore, deems it appropriate to dispose of the present petition, in the manner in which the aforesaid petitions were disposed of, while granting the same liberties to the petitioner herein. 4.

liberty to the petitioner to prefer a statutory appeal under Section 45 of the Urban Shelter Improvement Board Act, 2010.

So far as the submission with respect to jurisdiction and other aspects are concerned, the Court leaves all those issues open to be adjudicated by the Appellate Authority.

The respondents undertake that the no objection regarding maintainability or limitation will be made, if the appeal is filed within a period of four weeks from today.

With the aforesaid observations, the instant petitions stand disposed of along with all pending applications.
